I had my weigh in a few days before my half marathon race. A few more pounds has been shed off after tough training! Yipee!
I was even expecting to gain weight since my parents were here for five days and we just ate and ate and ate. 😀 We had a day trip to Tagaytay which was actually a food trip. While I tried to control my intake, I failed in many of our dine outs for five days.
I was just happy to see that I actually still lost weight. My training has been very demanding and is burning my fats a lot.
After my race this March, I should sign up for another one to keep up the weight loss and reach a 70kg weight goal.
